Gene Henderson was the driver of the SX/4.
This was a Production class car meaning 6 cyl motor and rally prep.
Back then rally prep was usually a cage , belts,emergency gear and underbody protection.
The Plymouth arrows and Saabs evewntually made the car uncompetitive.
Gene also rallied a full size wagoneer.  Known as Moby .

I've been involved in rally in one form or another since 1966.
TSD(time speed,distance), Performance TSD, 4 day international TSD rallys and Pro Rally. Participant, worker, and chairman.
Now just a rally dinosaur.
